Sunny days are coming to new streaming services! Starting today, families can tune into old-school episodes of Sesame Street on Tubi, the Fox Corporation’s free online streaming platform.
On the site, families can access more than 250 episodes of Sesame Workshop’s preschool learning series, spanning from its premiere in 1969 to Season 38. In every adventure, Elmo, Big Bird, Cookie Monster, and all their puppet pals will take kids on wacky, whimsical adventures while teaching essential educational concepts, from letters and numbers to kindness and forgiveness. New episodes will cycle in and out every quarter, so there’s always a new story for kids to discover.

Highlights from the initial lineup include “Gordon Introduces Sally to Sesame Street” (1969), the very first Sesame Street episode; “Maria and Luis Get Married” (1988), featuring Elmo as an adorable ring bearer; “R2-D2 and C-3PO Visit Sesame Street” (1980), starring the beloved Star Wars droids delivering a message to Oscar; and “Big Bird Goes to Hawaii” (1978), in which the entire gang travels to the tropics, marking one of the first major on-location Sesame Street episodes.
Sesame Street is streaming now online at tubitv.com. For more information about the series, visit Sesame Workshop’s website.
